Ph3Mission Overview /h3 pThis is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement. /p h3Mission Context /h3 pThe Scrum Master is the key reference in a project following an agile framework such as Scrum. You will ensure the global understanding of the methodology by the Project Team and help the team maximize project results, protecting them from internal and external distractions. You will ensure the proper use and application of Agile Methodology, coach the Project Team, and act as Delivery Lead of the squad. The current mission is within a squad active in the CRM domain. /p h3Core Responsibilities Delivery /h3 ul liOversee the infrastructure and tooling supporting marketing communications and CRM activities across the organization. /li liMaintain and improve the stability of the asset portfolio, including incident follow‑up. /li liDrive the lifecycle of Cloud‑native applications and integrate AI‑driven features into marketing tools. /li liFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and streamline processes for a high‑output team capable of launching multiple greenfield applications annually. /li /ul h3Stakeholder People Leadership /h3 ul liAct as the primary bridge between a high‑performing Dev team and diverse Business Analyst profiles, navigating strong personalities. /li liBreak down functional silos, coach new team members on technical assets, and manage the transition of long‑tenured experts. /li liTranslate complex technical roadmaps (Cloud/MDM/Infrastructure) into clear business value for stakeholders in Marketing and Regulatory departments. /li /ul ul liProvide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog. /li liAssist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc. /li liTrack team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes. /li liCoach and challenge the squad. /li liHelp the squad face difficulties and promote its gradual self‑organization. /li liRemove barriers to squad effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions. /li liAct as an ambassador of agile methods within the organization (Communities of practice, Guilds, etc.). /li liRisk and issue management. /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liSound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French is a plus). /li /ul h3Work Location Telework /h3 ul liExpectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking. /li /ul h3Agile Requirements /h3 pAgile teams are cross‑functional. All required disciplines are represented in the team (analysis, development, testing, etc.).
