We're looking for TWO Life Insurance Business Analysts to join our dynamic Business Change & Monitoring team! You'll be part of a skilled 10-person team working on exciting portfolio migration and commercial development projects in life insurance. Our team includes Actuaries, Business Analysts, and Testers – all collaborating to make things happen!
What You'll Do:
* Analyse:
* Compare source vs target systems for life insurance policies migration
* Define and document requirements to high-quality standards
* Identify impacts of policy migrations on processes
* Bridge understanding between business and IT
* Testing:
* Prepare and run process and calculation tests
* Monitoring & Collaboration:
* Act as the link between business and IT teams
* Report on progress and keep stakeholders in the loop
* Build strong relationships with IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution teams
Your Profile:
* Solid knowledge of individual life insurance products, especially "Classique"
* Experience in life insurance migrations
* Proven track record as a Business Analyst
* Minimum 5 years in life insurance; university degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience)
* Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented yet pragmatic
* Autonomous, proactive, and solution-focused
* Excellent communication skills across all audiences (actuaries, IT, management...)
* Fluent in French & English; Dutch is a plus
* Client- and results-oriented, with a "can-do" attitude
