EMEA HR Business Partner
Location: Belgium (Hybrid)
Overview
Strategic HR Business Partner role supporting commercial teams across EMEA. You will work closely with senior leaders (General Managers, Sales Leaders) to drive people strategy, organisational development, and performance across a multi-country environment. This is a mix of strategic partnering and hands-on HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with commercial leadership (Sales, GMs) to align people strategy with business goals
* Support organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
* Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams
* Drive talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies
* Guide performance management and employee engagement initiatives
* Manage complex employee relations cases across multiple countries
* Ensure consistent HR policies aligned with local labour laws across EMEA
Key Requirements
* 7+ years HR experience, ideally as HR Business Partner in an international environment
* Experience supporting commercial or sales organisations
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
* Experience in organisational development, change management, and workforce planning
* Solid understanding of employee relations and labour law across multiple countries
* Fluent English required (additional languages a plus)
* Ability to relocate to Belgium
