fiduciary market

To meet the increasing demand of these fiduciaries, we are actively looking for
French- and Dutch-speaking Business Analysts with a background in accounting
.
Your Role
Fiduciary Business Analyst (25–50%)
* Onboard accounting firms in multiple countries in the use of Odoo.
* Be the single point of contact, train end users, and support them for ad hoc questions.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank transactions, general ledger, cost accounting, monthly/annual closing, and tax returns.
Business Analyst (50–75%)
* Implement Odoo in various industries (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory...).
* Analyse client needs and deliver personal training sessions.
* Help & coach Odoo partners worldwide to implement projects and become Odoo Experts.
* Work on different projects at the same time, with increasing autonomy and guidance from experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
Project Management (80%)
* Gain the trust of your customers.
* Analyse their needs and suggest solutions.
* Implement agreed solutions (configuration & development).
* Train clients to become Odoo Champions.
* Follow up projects and communicate on status and tasks.
* Organise and monitor Odoo implementations.
Internal Improvement (20%)
* Provide feedback to Product Owners.
* Coaching & training.
* Suggest improvements for the department.
Must Have
* Min. 2 years of experience in Fiduciary/Accounting Firms.
* Valid work permit for Belgium.
* Fluent in English and French.
* Fast learner & multitasker.
* Good communication/negotiation skills.
* Autonomous, assertive & proactive.
* Affinity with IT.
Nice to Have
* Experience in management software implementation.
* Knowledge of credit management, financial planning, IFRS.
