Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled UX Designer to support digital project delivery by ensuring best-in-class user experience practices are integrated from design through to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in the design phase to ensure adherence to UX standardsAlign design efforts with the broader digital ecosystem while identifying improvement areasCollaborate closely with UI designers during the design creation processIdentify reusable components and contribute to the design library using tools like Figma/ZeroheightConduct user tests, interviews, and deliver clear analysis reportsAnalyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and HotjarInterpret business needs and align them with technical capabilitiesSupport the project lifecycle from concept to implementationSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum 4 years of experience in UX designStrong understanding of UX theory and best practicesProficient in Figma for setting up wireframes with UX recommendationsExperience with user testing, reporting, and market/user researchAbility to perform business analysis and challenge requirements constructivelyFamiliarity with project management methodologiesUnderstanding of architecture constraints and design scalabilityOther ConsiderationsAbility to work autonomouslyThe provider should be able to propose backup UX resources during peak periods or holidaysComfortable in multilingual, collaborative, and fast-paced environments
