Loyens & Loeff is looking for a dynamic (Junior) HR Assistant to strengthen its HR team. You will join and complete a 4-member HR team excited to welcome you! Your tasks: As an HR Assistant you play a crucial role in assisting the HR team by handling administrative and support tasks, such as: maintaining and updating records and files; compiling listings; processing paperwork and contract drafting; assisting with hiring and on- & offboarding processes; assisting with benefits administration; managing scheduling and logistics for HR-related travels, events and meetings; conducting basic research related to HR policies and procedures; respond to daily HR-related questions and concerns with care, and ensure more complex matters are escalated appropriately; follow-up with the intention to pursue a coherent and correct legally fitting HR; Your profile: You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch or French, a very good knowledge of English and at least a good passive knowledge of the 2nd language (Dutch/French); You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree (office management, management assistant,…); You are collaborative and solution-oriented; Work experience in a service environment is considered a plus; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) has no secrets for you.
