Marketing Specialist Eastern Europe
This role requires a dual expertise in both regional and multi-regional projects, with a strong understanding of the Eastern European market, trends, competition, and customer networks.
Key responsibilities include acting as a single point of contact for marketing in the region, developing and executing an e-commerce-first strategy, driving multi-regional projects, and collaborating closely with marketing colleagues and key business stakeholders. Additionally, you will engage with your target audience by organizing and participating in local sales events & visits, while actively expanding the regional customer database.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing role with focus on e-commerce sales and merchandising. Fluent spoken and written English is necessary, with knowledge of Dutch and Eastern European languages being a plus.
Key skills and qualifications include proven experience in e-commerce merchandising, including optimizing product listings, implementing promotional strategies, cross-selling, and improving the customer journey. Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential.
