Job Description


As a Specialized Sales Professional Services, your primary mission is to match our available consultants with customer opportunities. You build strong, trust‑based relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, senior stakeholders, and maintain frequent, proactive, and high‑impact contact with customers themselves to deeply understand their business challenges and upcoming needs. This close customer interaction allows you to position our consultants as ready‑to‑deploy, value‑adding solutions at exactly the right moment.

You take a consultative, value‑driven approach: identifying demand, shaping opportunities, and ensuring a smooth, end‑to‑end staffing process.



Key Responsibilities

Lead & Grow Your Staffing Portfolio

* Manage a structured portfolio of customers, with focus on mapping their recurrent talent needs and aligning them with our available consultants.
* Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement so you gain proactive visibility on upcoming assignments.
* Position Inetum’s consultants as ambassadors for our services, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity.

Match Talent with Customer Opportunities

* Detect staffing demand within your customer base (both explicit requests and implicit opportunities) and convert them into staffing actions.
* Quickly assess which consultant(s) best fit each opportunity and present them convincingly to customers.
* Shift customers to a value‑based mindset, emphasizing the impact of deploying ready, pre‑qualified experts rather than sourcing externally.

End‑to‑End Staffing Execution

* Own the full staffing cycle, ensuring fast and high‑quality matches between available consultants and customer needs.
* Negotiate conditions, follow up on decisions, and secure confirmation to ensure optimal deployment of our available consultants.
* Stay engaged during the onboarding phase and ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with the staffing manager.

Internal Collaboration & Governance

* Work closely with the staffing manager, recruiters, and competence leaders.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally across business lines to combine talent and technology-driven services and generate new opportunities.


Qualifications

* You are a relationship builder who navigates hiring managers, procurement and senior stakeholders with confidence.
* You excel at identifying, shaping and converting staffing demand, especially by proactively positioning internal capacity.
* You make decisions swiftly, even with incomplete information, and follow them through to implementation.
* You influence and convince with strong arguments, creating win‑win situations.
* You integrate customer info, consultant profiles, and market signals into actionable staffing conclusions.

Experience & Competences

* +5 years of sales experience, ideally in IT staffing, consulting or professional services.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills within complex DMUs.
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, results‑driven and passionate about long‑term customer value.
