Job Description: IT Change Manager
We are seeking a skilled ITSM Process Manager to lead our Change Management process. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT Change Management process, ensuring smooth change implementation.
The Change Manager will be responsible for:
* Planning and conducting Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and Emergency Change Advisory Boards (eCABs).
* Maintaining and monitoring a comprehensive change management process for IT systems and services.
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless change implementation.
* Providing expert advice on Change Management best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science and have at least five years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change management.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
