Description Join our team as an Administrative & Warehouse Associate and contribute to a mission that truly makes a difference in the fight against life-threatening diseases. You’ll work with sensitive biological materials in a highly controlled setting, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance at every step. As an Administrative & Warehouse Associate your tasks are evenly split between administrative work and operational warehouse activities: You process inventory receipts, verify documentation, maintain logbooks, and complete all necessary forms with accuracy. You use SAP to handle transactions related to inbound, picking, and outbound flows. You receive and inspect biological products in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring all GMP/GDP procedures are followed. You safely handle materials stored at very low temperatures and ensure correct storage and monitoring. You collaborate with Operations and Quality to support Production and Laboratory activities. Profile You have relevant experience in logistics and/or warehouse work, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment. You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working on administrative tasks such as filling out logbooks and forms. You follow procedures strictly to ensure both product quality and your own safety. You enjoy collaborating and are a true team player. You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. You are able to commute independently to work.
