As a Junior Training Coordinator your responsibilities are:
* Design and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of the Association
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring smooth execution
* Arrange business travel
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
* Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
* Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in all training initiatives
* Provide support and guidance to subscribers during their training journey
A successful Junior Training Coordinator should have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree
* A successful first experience in a similar position
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Any other European language is a plus
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
