A specialist consulting company we are partnering with in Belgium is seeking support within their Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) function. This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, where you will contribute to project delivery, drive IGA solutions, and support clients across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
* Deploy and configure Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, focusing on connectors like Active Directory, REST, databases, and SAP based on customer requirements.
* Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Architects to implement customer needs, particularly in Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, rules, roles, and admin modules within Saviynt.
* Engage with customers as needed to provide technical support, gather requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction during project delivery.
* Partner with operations teams to troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and manage the handover of completed projects.
* Assist in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting and supporting product engineering teams and provide level 2 and 3 support for Saviynt IGA and integrated systems.
* Configure and maintain Saviynt connectors, especially for third-party integrations via REST services, and resolve issues related to Segregation of Duties (SoD), analytics, workflows, and other key modules.
* Support compliance efforts by participating in audits, providing required documentation, and coordinating on incident, change, and problem management tasks.
Your Skills and Requirements
* Saviynt & IAM Experience: 2-5 years of experience in configuring, deploying, and customizing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with specific expertise in Saviynt or similar platforms.
* IGA Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of key IGA concepts such as user lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, access certification, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and auditing.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, with practical experience in SQL and scripting languages for automation and customization tasks.
* Effective Communication: Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, coupled with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment.
* Preferred Skills: Saviynt certifications demonstrating advanced proficiency, along with certifications in IAM technologies that reflect deep expertise in the field.
