For our Digital, Innovation & Technologies Department, we are looking for a motivated person to take on the role of Business Analyst THIS WILL BE YOUR POSITION As a Business Analyst you are part of the DIT department of the RBFA. The following tasks will be part of your duties: You validate user stories and analyse both functional and non‑functional requirements. You review and refine detailed user stories, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with business needs. You work closely with stakeholders to validate functional and non-functional requirements. You ensure that user stories are well documented, testable, and actionable for development teams. You validate processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives You analyse and validate current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation. You collaborate with RBFA departments to ensure that process changes align with operational goals. You develop data driven recommendations to improve workflows and enhance overall efficiency. You leverage rapid prototyping tools (Figma, Make, Lovable, Supernova, …) to create high fidelity concept validations that serve as an aligned first delivery baseline. You formalise validated ideas into clear, actionable requirements. You support implementation & testing You assist in reviewing the solutions delivered by Orion, validating them against business requirements. You work with QA and end-users to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure a successful implementation. You identify potential gaps and propose adjustments to enhance the platform’s functionality. You will work on Fenix, a key digital transformation program at RBFA. The project directly impacts the daily experience of the Belgian football community—supporting how clubs are run, how players are registered, and how people interact with the game. By improving and simplifying these core processes, Fenix helps make football more accessible, efficient, and enjoyable for a large and diverse community across Belgium. DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS PROFILE? You have a medior level of experience, with more than 5 years in the field; You have strong analytical & critical thinking skills; You can translate complex requirements into clear documentation; You are skilled in stakeholder management & aligning expectations; You feel comfortable working in cross‑functional remote teams; You are confident in validating business processes and user stories; You have experience supporting testing & implementation phases; You are familiar with tools like JIRA, AirFocus, or business process modeling tools (a plus); You have experience working with off‑shore teams (a plus). Your language skills You speak English fluently; proficiency in Dutch and French is a plus. Your personality You can work independently & take initiative; You are proactive in identifying inefficiencies & suggesting improvements; You collaborate effectively with both technical & non‑technical teams; You are detail-oriented & work in a structured, methodical way; You communicate excellently, both in writing and verbally.
