Your mission
* You lead a team of around 25 people, including nine country sales leads and customer service professionals in Belgium and Hungary (with a local team lead in Hungary), balancing performance with personal development, fostering ownership, aligning everyone on a shared vision, and establishing a streamlined way of working that enables each member to thrive.
* Through a data- and KPI-driven approach, you evaluate and optimise existing sales processes, looking at the full customer journey and clearly defining roles and responsibilities. You introduce clear systems for performance tracking and promote a culture of accountability, giving the team the tools to monitor and improve their results.
* To reinforce presence in the different regions, you craft regionally tailored commercial plans that leverage local trends and growth potential.
* In close collaboration with marketing, you help set up targeted campaigns that drive sales and support cross-selling between PCB and Assembly, while also building a pool of potential customers.
* As a strategic partner to the leadership and local site managers, you contribute to strengthening Eurocircuits’ position across key regions.
Track record in B2B sales management
* You have a master’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
* You have a track record in sales leadership and setting up a sales organisation within an international environment, preferably in a technical context.
* You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and are adept at collecting and analysing information to improve processes and customer experience. You can make informed decisions, take responsibility, and think entrepreneurially.
* You communicate fluently, both spoken and written, in English and German. Dutch and French are a plus.
* You are prepared to travel at least 30% of your time across Europe, including visits to the production sites in Aachen (DE) and Eger (HU).
