Position: Business Analyst – Investment & Financial Services
Your Mission:
The Tribe Invest & Financial Insurances is responsible for the offer of investment products distributed by BNP Paribas Fortis and develops and maintains end-to-end solutions for the bank's clients in this domain. We are looking for experienced Business analysts with knowledge of Retail and Private Banking and Securities Handling to work on the development of new Investment Services and further implementation of the Capital Gains Tax
Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and members of the Custody Squad.
* Perform impact analyses and gather detailed business, regulatory, legal, and process requirements.
* Refine solutions with the Product Owner and contribute to building business cases.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.
* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Provide regular status updates to stakeholders at different levels within the Tribe.
* Lead change management activities, including product launches, go-to-market strategies, and IT releases.
* Gather, understand, and challenge the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile:
* A unique mix of business insight and data/IT mindset.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Securities or Custody domain.
* Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
* Strong experience in translating business needs into functional features.
* Experience leading workshops.
* Solid background in Securities, including custody, brokerage, and transactions.
* Experience in Retail and Private Banking.
* Additional exposure to investment products and financial regulations.
