Opportunity – Accounting AssistantA well-established international law firm is currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to strengthen its finance team.
Your role:You will contribute to the efficient running of the finance department by executing daily accounting and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail. This position requires solid accounting knowledge, good time management, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key responsibilities:
* Processing accounts receivable, including invoicing, bank postings, and collections
* Handling accounts payable and processing incoming invoices and expenses
* Supporting monthly and year-end closing activities
* Assisting in the preparation of VAT declarations
* Providing general administrative support
* Contributing to ad-hoc and special finance projects
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in Dutch
* Good command of French and English
* Strong MS Office skills
* Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset
