As Account Management and Customer Success intern, your role is to increase the satisfaction of Gus Foods’ existing B2B and B2C clients. You will tackle this by: Analysing Gus Foods’ existing Customer Success strategy and identifying its shortcomings. Organising a large survey among Gus Foods’ B2C clients to measure their overall satisfaction rate and understand how to increase it. Present your findings to the Gus Foods team and put some of your recommendations into action! Your profile? You are pursuing a masters degree in Marketing, Communication or Business/Economics; You are creative, hands-on, proactive, rigorous, result-oriented and a good communicator; You have good writing skills; You have an interest in food, sustainability and have a little humor; You are free for a minimum of 4 months (ideally 6); English French/Dutch - being fluent in Dutch and French is a plus; Previous work experience in Marketing and/or Communication is also a plus.
