Job Title: Field Service Coordinator (French & English Speaking) Rate: Competitive in line with skills / experience Type: Permanent My client, a growing international organization within the medical technology space currently have and urgent need for a Field Service Coordinator to join on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role connecting customers, field engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across Europe. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule field service engineers for installations, maintenance, and repairs across Europe Act as the primary contact for customers—providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive service experience Support engineers by ensuring they have the necessary tools, parts, and documentation ahead of site visits Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and digital channels Raise and manage service cases, work orders, and appointments using CRM and ERP systems Coordinate logistics including equipment shipments, returns, and repairs Candidate Profile Previous experience in dispatch, customer support, or service coordination (minimum 1 year) Strong customer service mindset with a focus on quality and responsiveness Highly organised with excellent multitasking and attention to detail Experience using CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce)Top of Form Fluency in both English and French is a must Bottom of Form Interested?
