Job Title: SAP IT Project Manager

Job Description:
Main tasks:
* Coordinate the implementation of a new solution and organisational changes with different business departments and project leads.
* Focus will be on aligning with the Underwriting and Account Management department with different departments and our entities.
* Facilitate sessions on current way of working (As-Is) together with Business Analysts and business.
* Output will be documentation of the current processes.
* Organise workshops/demo of current tools and possibilities to help business understand what currently exists.
* Monitor requirement gathering activities and ensure documentation is provided by technical teams and approved by business.
* Facilitate sessions on alignment of processes and procedures, organisation and roles.
* Follow development and all testing phases closely.
* Report to, coordinate and align with internal SAP4I SR Project Manager on timelines, budget, resources, risks and issues.
* Plan and facilitate Knowledge Transfer to Outsourcing partner.
* Coordinate communication and training with Change Manager.
* Plan and manage Go-Live activities (cut-over, hypercare, etc.)
* Manage external resources and vendors to support project schedules.
* Produce and maintain accurate project schedules.
* Manage complete project financial cycle.
* Track and report project finances.
* Prepare monthly progress reports.
* Maintain document control systems (Change Requests)
* Ensure Data Migration and Data Cleansing is taken into consideration, coordinated and managed.
* Ensure the standards (development, testing, etc.) are adhered to.
* Coordinate with the different Project Managers to align Go live planning and manage risks and dependencies.
* If capacity allows, take on additional work within the overall SAP4I SR project.
Requirements:
* Team player with straight forward and hands-on mentality.
* Good communication and motivation skills.
* Cultural awareness and knowledge working across different teams, cultures and nationalities.
* Project and change management proven knowledge in an international environment.
* Fluent in English with good working knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset.
* SAP4I integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage.
* Salesforce Integration experience is considered an advantage.
* Certification in Prince 2, PMBok or other PM methodology is an advantage.
* Agile Methodology and project setup an advantage.
* Experience in the Insurance sector/Finance sector preferred.
* Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in commerce, engineering, information technologies, or MBA an asset.
* 3-5 years of SAP implementation, managing implementations an advantage.
* Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies and industry standards.
* 5-8 years' experience, compensation matching experience and track record.
