We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (freelance/independent consultant) with strong expertise in Supply Chain, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for a strategic transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-lead the design and deployment of a standardized Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across global, regional, and local levels
* Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales
* Drive alignment between strategic, tactical, and operational planning processes
* Support and lead the digitalization of the IBP framework (process harmonization, system enablement, performance tracking)
* Ensure effective governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement
* Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables
* Facilitate executive-level discussions and decision-making forums
Profile & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager
* Strong background in Supply Chain planning, S&OP, and IBP transformation programs
* Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
* Experience with digital transformation initiatives within planning processes
* Ability to operate in complex, matrix organizations
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
