To support our continued growth, we are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Site Manager to lead and optimize logistics activities on one of our strategic sites.
YOUR MISSION
As Site Manager, you take full ownership of logistics operations for several key customers on site.
You bring structure, clarity, and performance to a fast-paced environment by setting the right routines, empowering teams, and continuously improving the way we operate.
You act as a true leader on the ground, combining operational insight, people management, and a strong focus on efficiency, data, and innovation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Leadership
* Oversee and steer daily logistics operations with a clear focus on performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Translate business objectives into structured operational routines and actionable plans
* Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous optimization of processes and resources
* Anticipate challenges, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
* Ensure strong follow-up on claims, incidents, and operational risks
* Build a culture of discipline and consistency through clear processes and checklists
* Guarantee service excellence by proactively managing customer expectations and performance

* Empower team members by delegating ownership and encouraging initiative
* Handle people-related topics with fairness and professionalism
* Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous development of team competencies
Project & Continuous Improvement
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site
* Identify inefficiencies and implement pragmatic, high-impact improvements
* Support and lead operational and transformation projects
* Actively contribute to the digitalization of operations and the use of data-driven tools
* Leverage WMS and operational systems to enhance visibility, performance, and decision-making
WHO YOU ARE
* You have a higher education degree or equivalent experience
* You have experience in operations, logistics, or a similar environment, with a strong affinity for operational management
* You are structured, organized, and able to bring clarity in complex environments
* You are a strong problem solver with a pragmatic and analytical mindset
* You are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and digital tools
* You have a natural leadership style and know how to engage and motivate teams
* You are hands-on, proactive, and take ownership
* You are curious, adaptable, and continuously looking to improve
* You communicate fluently in French and English and or Dutch
