* Welcoming clients, visitors, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism
* Managing phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries while maintaining an inviting reception area
* Coordinating daily office logistics like supplies, maintenance, and kitchen duties (coffee machines, fridges, cleaning supplies - you keep it all running smoothly)
* Supporting meeting and event organization, including room setup and catering coordination
* Providing administrative support such as filing, data entry, and assisting colleagues with printing and scanning
* Facilitating sustainable office practices and basic IT troubleshooting
* Handling straightforward travel bookings for the team




* Fluent written and spoken English, plus a strong command of either French or Dutch
* Proven experience in office management, receptionist, or administrative roles (bonus if you've worked in legal or professional services environments)
* Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills - you stay calm and efficient even when things get busy
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a genuine passion for improving processes and contributing positively
* Strong communication skills - you're comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization
* Digital savvy with solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Independence and eagerness to learn new things
* A professional, warm personality coupled with discretion and reliability
