For our region France, Belux, and Maghreb, we are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for digital and sustainable building services. In this role, you will position a portfolio that enables operational & energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and ESG compliance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Shape and drive the marketing component of the go-to-market strategy for digital and sustainable building services, in alignment with sales.
2. Position the portfolio as a driver of net-zero goals and ESG compliance.
3. Localize global offerings and provide input for new service development.
4. Lead marketing campaigns and ensure market readiness in close collaboration with sales and operations.
5. Create impactful content to support ESG storytelling and customer engagement.
6. Enable sales teams with tools, messaging, and training.
7. Engage with customers to identify needs and translate them into value-driven services.
8. Travel regularly across the region to support local teams and ensure strong execution.
Your profile:
9. Proven expertise in smart building technologies, energy efficiency, and ESG frameworks.
10. Strong knowledge of regional sustainability regulations and digital transformation trends.
11. Strategic marketing mindset with hands-on experience in campaign execution and value proposition development.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-cultural environments.
13. Ability to translate customer insights into innovative service offerings.
14. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is considered an asset.
15. Fluent in French and English; Dutch and Arabic are a plus.
16. Willingness to travel frequently and operate across diverse markets.
