As part of our involvement in the Google Data Center project in Farciennes, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Package Manager – BMS & PMS Systems to strengthen our project delivery team.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's most strategic data center developments, working alongside multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and highly technical environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the BMS (Building Management System) and PMS (Power Management System) package throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and handover
* Ensure the successful integration of BMS/PMS systems within the overall project schedule and technical scope
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, MEP disciplines, and client representatives
* Monitor project progress, quality, safety, costs, and risks, ensuring timely resolution of technical and operational issues
* Manage package budgets, procurement activities, subcontractors, and change requests
* Support commissioning, validation, and handover activities, ensuring all documentation and testing requirements are completed
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with project HSE and quality standards
Your Profile
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Automation, or a related technical discipline
* Proven experience in project management, package management, commissioning, or construction management within data centers, industrial facilities, pharmaceutical plants, or other critical infrastructure environments
* Strong understanding of BMS, PMS, automation, or building systems integration
* Experience managing multidisciplinary stakeholders, contractors, and technical vendors
* Familiarity with project planning, cost control, quality assurance, and commissioning processes
* Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences) is considered a strong asset
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English required; French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
