Change Management Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled ITSM Process Manager to manage and maintain our Change Management process. The Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of changes across the organization.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Convening and chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (eCAB).
* Ensuring that stakeholders receive accurate information to make informed decisions about changes.
* Maintaining and adapting the comprehensive change management process for IT systems and services.
* Monitoring and maintaining interfaces to other ITSM processes and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science and have at least five years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change management.
You will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
