What you'll do
• Own day-to-day outbound operations and resource planning.
• Coach and develop team members while supporting their long-term growth.
• Monitor and report Outbound KPIs, keeping communication crisp with all stakeholders.
• Partner with Warehouse Planning, Senior Operators, and Operations leadership to ensure smooth execution of shipments, priorities, and continuous improvement.
What makes you a great fit
• Experience in logistics or warehouse planning.
• Strong people skills—coaching, collaborating, communicating.
• Comfortable with WMS systems, Outlook/Office, and day-to-day problem solving.
• English + Dutch fluency; a reach truck certificate is a bonus.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a hands-on approach.
