Electrical Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to manage trade partner packages and ensure timely delivery in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned trade partner packages throughout the project duration.
* Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
* Engage with trade partners on quotation processes and commercial documentation.
* Monitor package progress, resolve site issues, and escalate matters where required.
* Interface regularly with the operations team and report on package status, risks, and milestones.
* Operate within the project's established systems and procedures for reporting and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a supervisor or package owner role within construction, particularly within Electrical, Mechanical, or CSA packages.
* Proven experience managing trade partner packages, including engagement during the quotation and procurement stages.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* High level of computer literacy and ability to operate and manage tasks using Project Management systems.
