Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our vibrant team as a Customer Service Representative.

* The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions, responding to inquiries within agreed timeframes, and ensuring accurate customer data management.
* Cross-functional approach to problem-solving and delivery of outstanding customer service.
* Manage customer relationships, including online trade card application processes.
About You:
* Fluent in Dutch and French, with good understanding of English desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Able to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience dealing with customers on a 1:1 basis.
