Our platform connects residents, families, and staff around daily services such as activities, dining, maintenance, housekeeping, and transportation, making Cubigo the central operating platform for non-clinical services in senior living. Our platform integrates with existing clinical and financial systems to streamline workflows, consolidate data, and provide actionable insights through intuitive dashboards.
At Cubigo, we believe data and AI will play a key role in shaping the future of digital services in senior living. To support this vision, we are looking for a Data & AI Lead who wants to build, guide, and evolve our data ecosystem. In this role, you won’t just analyze data, you will shape how data and AI drive our platform, decisions, and innovation .
You will help us scale our data platform, explore new AI capabilities such as AI assistants and intelligent insights, and coordinate the data roadmap across teams .

Role Description
* Shape our data strategy: You will take ownership of Cubigo’s data roadmap and help define how data and AI support our product vision and company growth.
* Build and evolve our data platform: You will help design and maintain our data platform built on Databricks and Azure, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and ready for future innovation.
* Turn data into insights: You will analyze large datasets and customer feedback to discover patterns, trends, and opportunities, translating them into actionable insights for product and business teams.
* Develop data and ML solutions: You will design and build data pipelines, predictive models, and machine learning solutions in Python, helping us deliver smarter and more personalized product experiences.
* Drive innovation with AI: You will contribute to new initiatives such as AI-powered chatbots, intelligent summaries, and MCP server infrastructure, helping bring AI capabilities into our platform.
* Enable data-driven decisions: You will create visualizations, dashboards, and reports that help teams make better decisions based on real insights.
Your Profile
* You hold a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
* You have experience as a Data Scientist, Data/AI Engineer, or in a similar data-focused role, with a strong interest in machine learning and AI.
* You have solid experience with SQL and Python.
* You have experience with MLOps / LLMOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow) to operationalize and manage machine learning and AI models.
* You are familiar with modern data platforms and cloud environments, preferably within Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Data Lakehouse, Data Factory, dbt, etc.).
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
* You have strong communication skills and can translate complex data insights into clear explanations.
* You speak Dutch and English fluently.
* You have a proactive mindset, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to drive innovation and data-driven thinking across the organization.
