Analysis Requirements Engineering /h3ulliConduct end‑to‑end integration and system analysis for new and existing interfaces. /liliGather, identify, and refine business/user requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions. /liliCreate detailed functional specifications, technical specifications, and integration design documents. /liliAnalyze dependencies, system impacts, and integration constraints. /liliTranslate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions. /liliBuild and maintain:ulliContext scope diagrams /liliProcess flows using BPMN /liliIntegration architecture diagrams /liliData models, message structures, and mapping rules /li /ul /li /ulh32. Integration Development Design /h3ulliDevelop and maintain integrations using bIBM webMethods /b (Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, API Gateway). /liliBuild APIs, orchestrations, adapters, mappings, and reusable services. /liliDesign integrations aligned with best practices for performance, resilience, security, and maintainability. /liliSupport integration testing: system tests, E2E tests, and defect analysis. /li /ulh33. Operational Support /h3ulliProvide L2/L3 support for incidents and service requests. /liliPerform root cause analysis and define structural, permanent fixes. /liliMonitor integration flows, performance, and platform health. /li /ulh34.
