As a PMO, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
* Assist project managers and business owners in keeping projects aligned with defined scope, budget, and timelines.
* Guide project managers in applying the appropriate methodologies, templates, and tools to ensure effective and standardized project execution.
* Evaluate project budget proposals and oversee the monitoring and reporting of the annual project portfolio budget.
* Coordinate resource planning across departments to maximize the efficient use of both internal and external resources.
* Act as the central point of contact for all new project proposals and initiatives.
* Deliver consistent and timely reporting on project progress, milestones, and overall status.
Technical Skills:
* At least 5 years experience in a PMO role
* At least Bachelor level or equivalent by experience
* Ability to analyse current business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ability to make / analyse business cases.
* Ability to work with PowerPoint and Excel.
* Perfect command of English with a working knowledge of Dutch and French.
