A European industrial group with project-based operations is strengthening its finance and performance team and is looking for a junior financial analyst to support cost control and internal performance monitoring.
This role offers hands-on exposure to pricing, cost structures, operational KPIs and management reporting in a complex operational environment.
Your role
You will support financial decision-making through:
Reviewing and validating cost calculations and internal pricing models
Monitoring internal cost allocations and recharges
Supporting budget follow-up and variance analysis
Performing operational analyses related to logistics flows, asset usage and operational efficiency
Defining, monitoring and analysing performance indicators
Building, maintaining and improving dashboards and financial reports
Acting as a financial partner for operational stakeholders
Your profile
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Management
Strong analytical mindset with interest in cost control and performance analysis
Good understanding of accounting and financial data
Junior profile welcome: recent graduate or first professional experience
Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable interacting with non-finance teams
Knowledge of French or exposure to industrial/project environments is a plus
