Job Description
As a Store Manager at H&M Home, leading by example, you have the vital role to create an outstanding and inspiring shopping experience for our customers every day. The role involves leading with vision, building, and developing your team to achieve sales and profitability targets through excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
Your responsibilities are divided into five key areas:

Qualifications
The role involves significant responsibility and opportunity for fun. Your tasks include:
* Providing excellent customer service and coaching your team to prioritize customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring sales goals and budgets to optimize profit.
* Recruiting, training, and developing your team.
* Leading by example, acting in line with H&M Group values and the H&M Home brand DNA.
* Ensuring best practices in store activities and back-office procedures.
* Minimum B1 level in English & French is mandatory
