• Recognized expert in business development and preferably in workstation market (Notebook and Desktop) involving major ISV such as Autodesk, Adobe, PTC, Solidworks, Dassault, Siemens…
• Accountable for the development of the workstation business in the country/region, personal Sales Incentive Plan being set accordingly.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prioritize opportunities in the market to develop the workstation business
2. Identify the right route to market and get management support to drive sales to these routes
3. Identify (Acquire) and develop (Grow) Workstation channel partners to address market needs and support lenovo expansion in this solution offering
4. Develop with the channel team the right Go To Market plan, channel expansion program (including TeleSales to end-users or Business Partners), incentive plan to support WS hyper growth in commercial
5. Drive the usage by partners of our tools and processes (bid portal, CTO tool, …)
6. Develop relationship with ISV to enable sales through certification, trade marketing program, support on large deals
7. Build programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets
8. Build action plans with each segment leader to develop our share of wallet
9. Build strong relationships with the Country/Region Sales team & Management
10. Interact with the Workstation EMEA and local team to get insights on our competitive position
Position Requirements:
11. Minimum of 5+ years experience in business development role in the IT industry
12. Proven track record in sales of volume products (preferably PC’s)
13. Track of record in building and executing business development plans
14. Superior verbal and written communication skills
15. Dutch, French and English language skills
16. Superior understanding of key country Corporate IT market
