About the job
Are you a passionate welder who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship?
Do you enjoy working on large-scale metal structures where safety, precision, and teamwork go hand in hand?
Then this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
We’re looking for enthusiastic and eager-to-learn MIG/MAG welders to join a reputable metal construction company in the Hamont region. Whether you're more experienced in welding finished elements or assembling components from scratch, this position offers you the chance to grow and take part in impressive industrial projects.
Your Role
Depending on your experience and interests, you’ll be involved in:
1. Welding metal parts and structures using semi-automatic (MIG/MAG) techniques.
2. Assembling constructions based on jigs, references, or tack welds.
3. Working on medium to large steel components, both in series and custom builds.
4. Following welding procedures (WPS) and possibly interpreting technical drawings and instructions. Reading plans is an asset, but not a requirement – motivation and technical insight are key!
5. Performing basic quality checks on welds and ensuring visual standards are met.
6. Maintaining a clean, safe, and ergonomic work environment, with proper attention to health.
Who are we looking for?
7. You have technical training or relevant experience in welding and metalwork.
8. You’re confident using MIG/MAG (semi-automatic welding) and can weld in position.
9. You’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong team dynamic.
10. Plan reading is a plus, but not essential – we welcome motivated workers with a hands-on mindset.
11. Safety is your top priority. You work carefully and responsibly.
12. You’re positive, dependable, and enjoy working in a no-nonsense environment.
What do we offer?
13. A stable full-time job in day shifts or rotating shifts (depending on your preference).
14. A modern, well-organized workshop with high-quality equipment and a strong focus on health and safety – including professional filtered respiratory masks for your protection.
15. On-the-job training and opportunities for internal development.
16. A competitive salary package, shift allowances, meal vouchers, and other fringe benefits.
17. A supportive and respectful work atmosphere where craftsmanship and attitude matter.
