We are seeking a Medior–Senior Cyber Security Specialist (7–10 years of experience) to join our cybersecurity team of four professionals.
This role operates within an ISO 27001-certified environment and combines strong technical execution with structured reporting and stakeholder communication responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable presenting and communicating security topics in a clear and structured manner.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
* Execute operational cybersecurity tasks and security controls
* Implement and maintain security measures aligned with ISO 27001 standards
* Monitor security systems and respond to incidents
* Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation
* Support risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure infrastructure and configurations
* Support internal and external audits
Reporting & Communication
* Prepare structured security reports for management and stakeholders
* Present security findings, risk analyses, and improvement initiatives
* Contribute to policy and procedure development
* Ensure documentation remains audit-ready and compliant
* Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Your Profile
* 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
* Strong technical background in infrastructure, networks, and security operations
* Experience working in an ISO 27001-certified environment
* Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Fluent in English and either Dutch or French
