Mission Overview:
Join Keystone Solutions as a Management Assistant consultant for a mission at our client. You will operate within Keystone Solutions? consultancy model, working on-site or in a hybrid mode with the client while being part of Keystone?s vibrant consulting community. You will execute the full scope of responsibilities and requirements outlined below as a Keystone Solutions consultant, ensuring high-quality, professional support to a multidisciplinary team.
About the Client Context:
Our client strives, as a supervisory authority, for fair and correct treatment of the financial consumer. They promote correct financial services by monitoring conduct rules for financial institutions, financial products, financial service providers, and supplementary pensions, and by contributing to better financial education for consumers. The team you will support consists of two departments. The largest department conducts investigations across the client?s areas of competence, similar to an examining magistrate in the judicial world. The other department manages the banker?s oath, ensuring bankers meet their deontological obligations. You will join a multidisciplinary team of about twenty colleagues: legal investigators, case managers, and three management assistants. As part of the assistants? team, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations, performing a variety of support tasks and serving as a central point of contact. Professional and respectful communication in both Dutch and French is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reread and finalize letters, reports, and notes.
* Manage correspondence and email traffic (inventory, dispatch, follow-up, and filing) and contribute to other administrative follow-up tasks.
* Occasionally handle telephone calls.
* Create files and keep them up to date.
* Organize internal and external meetings and occasional travel.
* Support the multidisciplinary team, think along with them, and seek solutions.
* Collaborate with your secretarial colleagues on procedures that you maintain meticulously.
* Contribute creative input to strengthen social cohesion.
All responsibilities above will be performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant working closely with the client under our consultancy framework.
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies:
* You hold a bachelor?s degree in Office Management or an equivalent diploma (must-have).
* You have a minimum of five years of experience as a Management or Team Assistant, preferably in a legal environment.
* You speak and write very good Dutch and French, and you have practical knowledge of English.
* You are flexible, well organized, and able to set priorities. You can work both independently and as part of a team.
* You are proficient with common Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* You can quickly familiarize yourself with proprietary company systems.
* Familiarity with SharePoint and OneNote is an asset.
* You have a critical mindset.
* You are stress-resistant and meet your deadlines.
* You are above all a good communicator and have a mature attitude.
* A positive mindset and social attitude are more than welcome!
* The work is constantly evolving; curiosity and eagerness to learn are therefore a plus.
