* Assess the current IT landscape across all international offices
* Design and roll out a group-wide corporate / office IT strategy
* Harmonise infrastructure, workplace IT, networks, and security standards
* Centralise and optimise management of Microsoft 365 and related services
* Strengthen cybersecurity posture in line with group policies and CISO guidelines
* Build and manage group-level IT budgets (hardware, software, networks)
* Define and enforce standard operating procedures and IT governance
* Select, negotiate with, and manage IT vendors and outsourcing partners
* Lead and coordinate local IT managers and external suppliers
* Build business cases for centralisation and cost optimisation initiatives
* Act as the primary escalation point for local office IT needs and exceptions
