Your challenges as an experienced restoration foreman:
Leading a team of professionals – As an experienced foreman, you
are responsible for coordinating and directing your team. You
ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them and that the
work proceeds smoothly. Passion for restoration and masonry – You
actively participate in basic and decorative masonry and apply
specific restoration techniques to restore historical buildings to
their former glory. Problem-solving and quality control – You make
decisions when necessary and ensure that every detail of the
restoration is executed according to the highest quality standards.
Safety as a priority – Together with your colleagues, you ensure a
safe working environment and correct compliance with all safety
regulations. Planning and organization – You closely monitor the
planning and progress of the work and coordinate with the site

important! What do you bring to this vacancy? At least 5 years of
experience as a (restoration) mason, preferably with leadership
experience. Strong affinity with restoration and renovation within
the construction sector. A strong sense of responsibility and the
ability to motivate and guide a team. Thorough knowledge of the
Dutch language. In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to
obtain one.
