Ensure the quality, clarity, and added value of Portima Connect solutions
Translate these needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, in English, for developers.
# Write the technical documentation for the clients (development teams of insurance compagnies).
# Produce model processes and data flows: Validate developed solutions: write acceptance criteria, validate the test scenarios write by the test team, and follow up on issues.
# Act as the point of contact to clarify needs, challenge proposed solutions, and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
# Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis methods and tools within the Portima Connect team.
University degree (bachelor/master) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in functional/technical analysis, ideally in a connectivity/integration context (API, middleware).
Mastery of one national language (FR or NL) and good understanding of the other.
Fluent English: able to write all documentation and user stories in English.
Good understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, data exchanges).
Collaborative spirit, ability to work in an agile team.
