This is a strategic position within the People & Culture team, focused on leading recruitment efforts across Tech, Product and Creative areas to support the company’s global growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech, Product and Creative roles.
* Build and maintain an international talent pipeline through sourcing and headhunting.
* Own the full hiring cycle: briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers and closing.
* Partner with hiring managers to align business needs with recruitment strategies.
* Drive improvements in processes, employer branding and candidate experience.
Requirements
* 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment within startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
* Strong track record hiring technical profiles (Engineering, Data, Product).
* Exposure to creative recruitment (Design, Branding, Motion).
* Experience running international hiring processes in multiple markets.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
