The project:Our client in the insurance sector, is seeking an IT AI Business SPOC to strengthen their team.
Key responsibilities:Serve as the Business SPOC for AI and IT-related initiativesConduct business analysis to identify and formalize new opportunities in AI, cloud, data, and security servicesCollaborate with technical teams to define solutions (components, landing zones, integrations, etc.)Ensure compliance with internal policies and guardrails (Cybersecurity, Cloud governance, GDPR, etc.)Contribute to the design and implementation of Microsoft Azure, Copilot, and Power Platform solutionsUnderstand AI-related concepts such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and FCT (Functional Chain Testing)Maintain a customer-oriented mindset, ensuring business value deliveryFacilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders, providing clarity and structure
