As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the chef and kitchen team during the evening shift. Your responsibilities include:
* Preparing and presenting the cold buffet
* Assisting with basic food preparation
* Ensuring hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) are followed
* Keeping your workstation clean and organized
* Supporting the team during service when needed
