As a Customer Service Specialist at KuehneNagel, you are the key link between our customers and our logistics operations. You are responsible for managing customer-related activities and providing excellent service to meet our customers' needs How you create impact You act as the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries, providing solutions to issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the customer and internal teams; You handle the entire process from order entry to delivery, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and completed within the set deadlines; You identify and address any operational or logistical issues that arise during the process, proactively seeking solutions and managing escalations when necessary; You collect and analyze data related to customer satisfaction, order performance, and other relevant KPIs, regularly reporting findings and making recommendations for improvement; You work closely with internal departments such as transport, warehousing, and planning to provide seamless and efficient service to our customers. What we would like you to bring Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English; Strong customer focus with the ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions; Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment; Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data to identify trends and issues; Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good Excel skills; Promotes and demonstrates continuous improvement;/LEAN methodolgy experience Strong skills in problem analysis, decisiveness, progress monitoring, result orientation, persuasiveness, and adaptability.
