Based inGhent, this role offers the chance tobuild and managea new facility from the ground up — including warehouse operations, logistics, and team recruitment — while supporting dry-hire services, international projects, and event delivery across the continent. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage a new warehouse operation in Ghent Handle AV hire enquiries from both local and international clients Collaborate closely with the UK head office on branch growth and operational standards Oversee recruitment across technical, logistics, and support functions Manage logistics and transport coordination across Europe Ensure high-quality prep, maintenance, and turnaround of professional AV equipment Support client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual with: Proven experience in AV warehouse operations or event production logistics Strong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment A background in equipment hire, dry-hire, or live events Experience leading teams or overseeing warehouse and logistics staff Solid organisational and problem-solving skills Fluent English (Dutch or French a strong advantage) Based in or willing to relocate to the Ghent area Why This Role?
