Prepare and submit customs documentation for import and export clearances

Classify goods with the correct HS codes and verify origin documents (ATR, EUR.1, Form A, etc.)
*
Request import licenses for restricted goods and manage related compliance requirements
*
Handle customs inquiries, audits, and draft objection letters or refund requests when needed
*
Ensure all declarations and documentation comply with customs regulations and internal quality standards
*
Coordinate with internal teams and propose process improvements to optimize customs workflows
* Certified Customs Declarant
* Experience in transport by Air and/or Road
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and customs systems
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written
* Fluent in Dutch and English (any other language is a +)
* Detail-oriented & independent
