Listed company | English | 10+ years' experience | International environment | IFRSFor one of our clients, Hays is looking for a Group Consolidation Manager near Brussels.Your responsibilities:Oversee the consolidation, preparation, and control of accurate financial statements for both standalone and group levels.Act as the in-house IFRS expert, providing recommendations on complex transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Manage cash pooling transactions and optimize cash management strategies for the group.Supervise the accounting and financial reporting for holding and financing entities, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.Support the M&A activitiesManage a small teamYour profile:A Master's degree in accounting, finance, or economics with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a multinational setting.Strong hands-on experience in consolidationExperience in a Big4 is a plus.Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.Fluency in English The offer:An opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on personal and professional growth.Competitive compensation and benefits (company car, meal vouchers, bonus…), along with a supportive team culture.The next step:Are you the person we are looking for?
