About the Company At Soleras Precision, the role of (Junior) Business Development Manager is designed as a high-impact position with broad business responsibility and a clear growth path toward General Management. You will carry end responsibility for the company’s daily operations, the implementation of strategy, and overall operational and financial performance (P&L). There is a strong focus on external sales and market development. You will actively represent the organization in the market, build long-term customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across the Benelux, France, and Germany. Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives
Lead negotiations and manage key accounts
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and delivery performance
Recruit, develop, and lead teams
Motivate and coach employees to achieve business goals
Approximately 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in machine building or an industrial environment
Proven track record in a senior sales or business development role
Experience with cost calculations, pricing, and financial follow-up
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of German and/or French is a plus)
