Talencia is looking for two experienced Business Analysts (one specializing in AI and the other in Portfolio Migration) for one of his clients.

You will bridge the gap between complex business needs and the technological capabilities of large language and machine learning models. Your role is to transform strategic visions into actionable technical specifications.
Mission 1: Business analyst AI
* Agile Documentation: Drafting high-quality User Stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development teams.
* AI Tool Management: Feeding and fine-tuning AI tools, managing data inputs, and overseeing prompt engineering to align with business objectives.
* Stakeholder Management: Leading workshops to define AI use cases and ensuring the technical roadmap aligns with business expectations.
Mission 2: Business analyst Portfolio Migration
* Migration Strategy: Leading the functional analysis for the migration of client portfolios from legacy systems to new platforms.
* Cross-Functional Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact between Developers and Business leads to ensure zero data loss and minimal operational impact.
* International Coordination: Traveling to foreign branches to oversee local migration phases and ensure alignment with group standards.
Profile:
* Agile Documentation: Drafting high-quality User Stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development teams.
* AI Tool Management: Feeding and fine-tuning AI tools, managing data inputs, and overseeing prompt engineering to align with business objectives.
* Stakeholder Management: Leading workshops to define AI use cases and ensuring the technical roadmap aligns with business expectations.
* Strong experience in BPMN and UML.
* Experience in banking is a plus.
