Field Quality Business Partner – Health and Safety

Responsibilities
As a Field Quality Business Partner, you’ll be part of the Field Quality Department. Lead a team of 14 field inspectors and act as the main link between the Field Quality Department and operational teams (Maintenance). Ensure procedures related to safety, quality assurance and compliance are implemented at branch level. You will mainly work from our headoffice in Drogenbos, but you are open to travel around Belgium for field visits.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of 14 field inspectors across Belgium and Luxembourg.
* Drive and implement process improvements and lead related projects.
* Take ownership and make decisions in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
Ensuring Safety and Quality in the Field
* You will spend 45–60% of your time in the field, working closely with regional managers.
* Anticipate risks and ensure that all employees are working safely and in line with quality standards.
Driving Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to optimize field processes and translate them into concrete actions.
* Share best practices and promote collaboration across the Belux area.
Qualifications
* You have experience managing teams and leading projects such as implementing processes.
* You make clear decisions and you are a problem‑solver.
* Your mindset: "Challenge the rules, don’t break the law."
* You have a clear communication.
* You have a technical background and are willing to learn about our sector.
* Believe in continuous improvement and inspire others to do the same.
* You are fluent in French and Dutch.
* You have a positive mindset and always willing to learn.
